A: Monthly plans provide a higher amount of audio minutes and credits for a 30-day period. One-time Credit plans do not expire and are ideal for occasional users who want to pay only for what they use.
Q: What are 'Credits' used for?
A: Credits are primarily used for high-quality OCR (image-to-text processing) and other credit-based services. Each plan includes a different amount of credits depending on the package.
Q: Can I use the API with a free account?
A: API access is available for Login (Free) users and all paid plans. Guest users do not have access to API features.
Q: Is my data used to train AI models?
A: For all paid plans (Basic and above), your data is NOT used to train AI models. For Guest and Free Login plans, data may be used to improve service quality and system performance.
Q: What does 'Priority Processing' mean?
A: Pro, Premium, and Studio users are placed in a higher-priority processing queue, resulting in faster audio generation, OCR processing, and reduced waiting times during peak usage periods.
